Welcome to Eva Bronzini — Print Boutique. The terms “I”, “me”, “my”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Eva Bronzini — Print Boutique, a business registered in Estonia.

Eva Bronzini — Print Boutique operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). The store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables the Services.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy [LINK]. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS

All products offered in the Print Boutique are photographic art prints produced made to order.

Every effort is made to accurately represent the products online. However, due to differences in screen settings and devices, colours and tones may appear slightly different in print. This is a natural characteristic of printed artwork and does not constitute a defect.

Product descriptions and availability may be updated or changed at any time without prior notice.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted once payment has been successfully processed and order confirmation has been issued.

Because all prints are made to order, cancellations or changes may not be possible once production has begun.

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed solely by the Refund & Returns Policy [LINK].

SECTION 4 - PRICES, VAT & BILLING

All prices are displayed in accordance with EU VAT regulations. VAT is applied based on the customer’s country of residence, where applicable.

Prices exclude shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize the charged payment method.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are produced and shipped on a made-to-order basis. Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary depending on destination.

While I take great care in preparing each order, delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, strikes, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond my control may occur.

In accordance with EU consumer law, responsibility for the goods remains with the seller until the order is delivered to the customer.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS & MADE-TO-ORDER EXCEPTION

Due to the made-to-order nature of the products, returns or exchanges for change of mind are not accepted. This follows EU consumer regulations, which exempt made-to-order goods from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Services — including photographs, text, imagery, design, and branding — is the intellectual property of Eva Bronzini — Print Boutique and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws in Estonia, the European Union, and internationally.

No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

SECTION 8 - OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Services may include access to third-party tools or websites. These are provided “as is” and “as available”. I am not responsible for third-party content, services, or practices.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Eva Bronzini — Print Boutique is powered by Shopify. However, all purchases are made directly with Eva Bronzini — Print Boutique. Shopify is not responsible for sales, products, or customer service related to this store.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY

Personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy [LINK] and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.

SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or reviews, you grant permission for this content to be used for promotional or operational purposes without compensation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Consumers residing in the EU retain all mandatory consumer protection rights granted by their country of residence.
