Cancellation policy
OVERVIEW
This policy explains how order cancellations work for purchases made through Eva Bronzini — Print Boutique. It applies to all products available in the online store unless otherwise stated.
All prints are produced made to order, meaning each item is created specifically after an order has been placed.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed, production begins shortly after. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or modified once they have entered production.
If you notice an error in your order details (such as size or delivery address), please contact me as soon as possible at hello@evabronzini.com. While changes cannot be guaranteed, I will do my best to assist if production has not yet started.
MADE-TO-ORDER EXCEPTION
Because all prints are made to order, cancellations for change of mind are not possible once production has begun. This follows EU consumer regulations, which exempt made-to-order goods from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.
BUNDLES, OFFERS & PROMOTIONS
Orders placed using special offers, bundles, or promotional pricing (such as multi-print offers) are subject to the same made-to-order and cancellation conditions. Individual items from a bundled order cannot be cancelled separately once production has started.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, this is not considered a cancellation. Please refer to the Refunds & Returns Policy for guidance on replacements or refunds in these cases.
REFUNDS
Refunds are only issued in cases outlined in the Refunds & Returns Policy, such as damaged or incorrect items. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
