Refund policy

Made-to-Order Prints

Each print is produced especially for you after purchase. For this reason, returns or exchanges for change of mind are not accepted.

This is in line with EU consumer rules, which exempt made-to-order goods from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.

Damaged prints, printing faults, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your print arrives damaged, has a printing fault, or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@evabronzini.com

To help me resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the item and the issue (and, if applicable, the packaging)

If the issue is confirmed, I will arrange a replacement or a refund as quickly as possible.

Returns address

Because orders are fulfilled through a print-on-demand partner, returns are not sent automatically to one standard address. If a return is required, I will provide the correct return instructions and address by email.

Please do not send items back without contacting me first, as unsolicited returns may not be accepted.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not offered for made-to-order prints. If something arrived incorrect or faulty, please contact me and I will make it right.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times can vary depending on your bank or card provider, but refunds are typically completed within 10 business days after approval.
