The Slow Garden Stories photo library can be used for both personal and business purposes, including websites, landing pages, blogs, digital marketing and advertising, newsletters, presentations, mood boards, and more. Commercial Licence is intended for creators, web/graphic designers, freelancers, and agencies who wish to use the photo library content for client projects.

Yes, both the Individual and Commercial Licences allow you to print images for personal projects, business vision boards, marketing materials, and other non-commercial purposes. However, printing for resale, third-party distribution, or physical retail products is not permitted. If you require extended print rights, please contact eva@slowgardenstories.com

Yes! You can preview a selection of images from each season's collection on the HOME page.

The collections are updated every two weeks, with 100+ new photos added to the library each month.

All membership plans include unlimited downloads—there are no restrictions.

Photos downloaded during your paid membership do not expire. You can use them indefinitely, provided you comply with the Licence agreement.

Crediting the source or photographer is not a requirement, but it's always welcome and greatly appreciated.

The photos have a 2:3 aspect ratio, with the shorter side measuring at least 2480 pixels (300 DPI). File sizes range from 2 to 6 MB.

The collections are currently categorised by seasons—spring, summer, autumn, winter. However, an alternative structure is in development and set to launch later in March 2025.

The photo library does not currently have a built-in search or filtering function, but you can use Ctrl+F (or Cmd+F on Mac) to search within collection pages. All photos are titled with the plants' botanical names, and common names are provided in the image descriptions. Varieties/cultivars are included when known.

Short-form video clips will be added to all membership plans in May 2025.

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time on the Account page (visible when logged in). A plan renewal reminder is sent via email three days before the next payment date. You will retain access to the photo library and other resources until the end of your paid period.

Due to the digital nature of the content, refunds are not available.

Founder Membership is a special offer for early adopters, available only until May 6th, 2025. Founder Members receive the same features as regular members but with lifetime access—meaning they will enjoy all future perks at no additional cost. This is a one-time payment with no renewals.

The Slow Garden Stories growth plans are exciting! In May 2025, short-form video clips will be added to the content library, with new clips released monthly in the collection of the ongoing season. Educational resources will be introduced in June, covering garden photography know-how and aesthetic al fresco still life styling. If all goes as planned, a self-paced garden storytelling photography course will launch later in 2025—available exclusively in the Quarterly, Yearly, and Founder membership plans.
