This Individual Licence grants a non-exclusive, limited-use licence for images from Slow Garden Stories — Curated Photo Library. By downloading or using any images, you agree to the following terms:

MEMBERS MAY

✔ Use images for personal projects, social media, blogs, and websites.

✔ Use images for their own business purposes, including marketing, promotional materials, and branding.

✔ Incorporate images into their own business website, social media, email newsletters, presentations, and online advertisements.

✔ Modify images by cropping, resizing, or adding overlays such as text, graphics, design elements, filters, or presets.

✔ Print images for personal or business inspiration boards, marketing materials, or other non-resale purposes.

Please purchase the Commercial Licence if you wish to use the photos for client projects or incorporate them into digital products intended for sale.

MEMBERS MAY NOT

▪️ Sell, distribute, share, give away, or make images available for download to any third party as standalone files.

▪️ Use images in products intended for sale (e.g., digital downloads, prints, merchandise, or other physical goods).

▪️ Incorporate images into website themes, templates, or editable designs intended for distribution.

▪️ Provide images as part of client work, design services, or projects for third parties.

▪️ Upload images to stock photography platforms, marketplaces, or any service that redistributes or resells digital content.

▪️ Use images in any context that is defamatory, offensive, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate.

▪️ Claim images as original work, transfer copyright, or attempt to register copyrights for modified versions.

▪️ Utilise images to train artificial intelligence (AI) models or generate AI-created works. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Using images as training data for AI image generation models.
• Uploading images to AI tools to create altered or derivative content.
• Integrating images into AI systems for content automation.
• Creating AI-assisted content derived from Slow Garden Stories images.

LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS:

→ All images remain the intellectual property of Eva Bronzini / Slow Garden Stories (legal name Momiji Stories OÜ). This licence does not grant ownership rights.

→ Users acknowledge that Slow Garden Stories is not liable for any claims arising from the use of images, modified or unmodified.

→ Slow Garden Stories assumes no responsibility for legal implications related to image usage in marketing, branding, or advertising campaigns.
